By purchasing from Craft House Designs, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE INTENDED FOR INDOOR, DECORATIVE USE ONLY AND ARE TO NEITHER BE USED AS TOYS NOR AS FOOD CONTAINERS.
Minimum Quantity: The minimum number of items is specified on each item's page. Orders must be placed in multiples of the minimum quantity. Example, if the minimum order is 3, then you must order in multiples of 3 (6, 9, 12, etc.).
Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express. We will not charge credit cards until the merchandise is shipped.
Required: A signed exemption certificate with vendor's license or tax ID number. A minimum order of $100.
Back Orders: We automatically backorder any out-of-stock items totaling over $50. When placing an order, please let us know if you do not want us to backorder an out-of-stock item. Any backorder under $50 will be automatically cancelled.
Returns: Returns must be reported within 10 days of receiving the order. No returns on closeouts or seasonal merchandise. All battery-operated candles must be checked and claimed within 30 days of receipt. Please request a return authorization. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. When calling in an order without item numbers, we make every attempt to ship the correct item. If an item is incorrect, we will reship the correct item with no additional shipping fee. The return shipping on the original item will be at the customer's expense. No refunds will be given on shipping and handling. All items being sent back for inspection and possible credit must have a return authorization. For return authorization, call 1-877-918-1433.
